The hotel is a huge mess to begin with, but the construction has made it even worse. Be aware that it will you some time of walking around aimlessly to get anywhere.

A stale business conference hotel with 90s decor. Room service is not great. It is very conveniently located, but walking any distance in Dallas is an exercise in futility.
