International that requires unlimited mileage/km, you must book through the website. Booking through the counter won't allow unlimited mileage. N it's actually way even cheaper when you book online.

Service improved dramatically over the last couple of month and the new Gold Counter is great. I will stick with Hertz in South Africa now.

Am a frequent Hertz customer in the US and am used to good customer support. Tried here two weeks in a row and had two very negative experiences. Will use a different provider next time I am in SA.

Make sure you get all the insurance, and then check you have all the insurance, otherwise they will find a way to screw you! Redeeming quality- VERY friendly staff!
