The ground staff who were working on the gate were condescending. Very limited selection of things in the departures lounge

Cash machine in the departures but not arrivals lounge! Great airport now it's been modified, but they sting you in the car park where you have to pay to drop off?! Taxi to Ringwood was £25

Watch out for the OTT security they're ridiculous and often pick your bags for 'random' in-depth searches.

Pay the extra £1.60 for the classic breakfast it's well worth it...though still expensive!

There is a viewing area round the back where you can park and watch the planes land and take off. A good place to be during the Bournemouth Air Festival if you want to avoid the crowds.

Small airport, so is can get through it pretty quick, for that reason not many shops or restaurants. Can park the car right next to terminal!
