Cancel your flight, send you on a wild goose chase. Wait in line for hours to be told sorry. No reason for flight cancel. No voucher for food or hotel.

If coming up from escalator, ticket counters are both on the left side and right side of the escalators. Left side has attendants at 5:00 AM. Right side doesn't!

While waiting in line to check in for our flight we got a call saying our flight is cancelled??? What??? Continental this has been a bad deal for you merging with United!!!
