Be courteous and do not take your full cart load of groceries into self checkout. It takes too long, you're bond to make errors, and there isn't enough room to leave a bunch of bags.

This is the best supermarket in the city for those with dietary restrictions/allergies. Shopping for my gluten/dairy allergic wife is pretty easy here.
