In addition, service at the hams/cheese counter is inaccurate and totally unfriendly. To be Autentically Italian more friendliness should be used (also considering the expensive tickets we pay there)!

An observation sliced hams/salami: too much thick paper used and weighted with hams> you end up with lots of packaging paper and little ham! Italian law imposes to weight paper BEFORE weighting hams
