I think the North Americans should give them courses in customer care. They DO NOT know the ABC’s respecting customers. They are really really RUDE.

Staff are so RUDE. I’d prefer that their management will get the chance to teach them ABC’s of respecting customers. I was planning to spend around 1500€ because of the Black Friday & I cancelled it.
