This place is a mess, go to Euclid instead if you want to avoid long lines & tourists.

I think the counter staff are really nice to us tourists. Opens till midnight. Perfect if you arrive late .

This location is a bit crowded (but that's to be expected, of course) and the customer service section (for returns and online order pickups) can be quite slow. Come prepared!
