Shoe dept does NOT get comission on non shoe purchases. If by mistake, a cashier rings up a sale as shoe dept, the weekly report to the manager will see who rung up the sale & adjustments will b made!

Make sure if your not helped in the shoe dept,to NOT check out in the shoe dept. They didn't help me,tried to force me to check out when I wasn't done shopping. Just to get commission...jeez!
