The library is supported by Kingsport tax payers. I shouldn't be assaulted by third-hand smoke by those who aren't paying for the books.

Check back often for the monthly movies! And contrary to what some think ... Non Bum people smell too and the library is sorta for us poor folk!

4th floor is a nice place to read. 1st floor smells like smoke from the bums.
