Name change to Quality. It was shabby but now renovations under way. Rez Hill Grill is okay.

This was my first visit to Pagosa Springs, and we stayed here. It's family and pet friendly. Prices are great. Wi-Fi is excellent! Staff helpful. View isn't great, but the price outweighs that.
