Once you get passed the sales pitch it is a really great place to stay. It's on the 192 in Kissimmee so you make a right and it's 5 min to Disney.

Perfect location, very clean apartments. I stayed at building 11. They give you everything you need. However, they should receive Amazon packages (they stopped because people left them unclaimed)

I've owned this time share going over 10 yrs. Every time I come back it gets better. Ask for building 21 facing Disney. Perfect view of the fireworks.

Best timeshare we have been in. Also the cleanest we have been in. We always take clorox wipes to a room however these are spotless. This is our 3rd time here and they are always clean. :-)

Just bought our time share here. Great view but the new building we will be in is 2 floors up higher and will see Disney fireworks every night.

Don't rent a car at the airport!!! They add 10% of the rental for airport fee! Take a cab or bus (we took buses once ..lol..was an experience but cheap) and there are rentals nearby Vacation Villages

Buildings 18 and 19 are the best! Newest buildings with a great private pool and a cool walk to the largest pool.

Very nice timeshare, definately family oriented. Expect lots of little kids to be running around! Wish they had an adults only pool!
