Great stay. The rooms are nice. The hotel hallways don't properly reflect the room. They need to invest in Free Wi-fi.

Get the club room which includes continental breakfast and free evening snacks and drinks from 6-8pm (enough for a light dinner!)

Service staff at "The Orchard" during breakfast have been very nice. The rooms are quiet and clean, location close to T5 is beneficial. WLAN is far too expensive.

Surprised by this hotel, very nice rooms, cheap rates and friendly checkin staff. Club lounge breakfast was really good. Skip the hotel hoppa shuttle and use Uber.

There's a bottle opener nailed to the wall in the bathroom. That is assuming they haven't locked the mini bar on you!

Macdonalds is just across the road - Also Try the premier Inn opposite for nicer food at much cheaoer prices

B/fast is very expensive (£18.50 per person), and wifi is £15 a day. The Premier Inn across the road does b/fast for £7.99 and wifi for £3.
