The service here is pretty bad. Have to call a few times just to get basic things done like asking for a towel. The location is not bad but there are no amenities around the hotel.

ballroom bagus utk acara wedding, luas dan dekorasi ok. tp cateringnya not ok. parkir utk acara di ballroom jg luas, makan depan jalan. Ok lah.
