Great location but this hotel is crap. Dirty rooms that look clean but not really. No air conditioning and rude staff

Avoid the mother's day brunch. Overpriced, over cooked, understaffed. Food sitting in the warmers so long it's dry. They ran out of food. They ran out of plates. Disorganized barely describes it.

Very nice hotel. The AC in the rooms was broken when I was there, however the fan they provided us did us well. The free breakfast can definitely be improved upon though, as options were very limited.

While fresh cucumber water and the aroma of fried chicken tantalize the senses, the cohesively mismatched eqyptian/tiki/victorian decor makes for a lobby never to be forgotten.

I would never recommend this place. The valet 'lost' our car, now were filing a police report to try and recover it. Outrageous.

Really nice, sweet place to stay UNLESS there is a wedding. This place is not staffed appropriately for a huge party and you can hear everything from even the fourth floor. :/

Very nice place for an event! My cousins wedding went off with out a hitch. Very well done. The service was excellent.
