We really enjoyed the newly updated hotel, staff was fantastic, room was very clean, bed sooo comfortable breakfast was a great start for the day.

This property is always a great spot to stay. Central to everything you need and close to highway. Rooms are clean and the staff and customer service is excellent. Exceptional value for the dollar!

This was definitely the best place we stayed The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was lovely with a full range of menu items.

We accidentally booked here, and we were pleasantly surprised! Staff was great! Room was clean! Hot tub open until midnight? That was fantastic!! Couldn't ask for more!

Rooms were great,beds comfortable but especially liked how friendly and helpful the staff were,and that pets are allowed. Will stay again next time passing through Kamloops.

I’ll like it.. will stay there again for sure. Summer they have a pool and all season hot tub.... great breakfast

Although the Quality Inn was under renovations, we found it to be very clean and our room smelt very fresh and clean. And our bed was very, very comfortable.
