When checking in make sure you have a credit card to cover price of room and all other costs. They will not except any cash to pay for any cost.

Smells bad, no rapid checkout, and the woman who checked me in didn't even to bother to tell me I should get in my car and drive to the far entrance to get to my room... She just left me to wander.

Do not sleep on the pull out sofa. The sheets haven't been changed in months and when you ask for new sheets, you'll receive attitude and 2 plain sheets (no pillowcases) to put on yourself. Gross.
