The elevator has been broken for some time now apparently. I think they should make it very clear upon booking so that guests dont get a surprise when they check in.

I love Holidayinn Express cause it's the only hotel in Gunwharf ! The rooms are average but the staff are super friendly and you can use the outlets parking for your car 👍
