I have NEVER had a bad experience at a Holiday Inn Express! Beautiful rooms, nice beds, nice desks, good service, tv, microwave, art in the room, pool. I love Holiday Inn Express.

The amount of slip ups the staff made during our three day stay lead me to believe it could be common place. I won't be staying at this location going forward.
