Front desk and service staff at the bars were great. House keeping on the other hand... Found our shower full of hair, after mentioning it to management we found the hair on our desk. Gross...

Free happy hour w/ snacks 5:30-7:30pm. BEST coffee in lobby NOT rooms. Creamers horrible. Breakfast buffet wonderful. Maid a little slack on bed making and toiletries, but staff is great! Thumbs up!

Shana B is full of crap. It's well worth the price and it's far from run down. Staff is excellent. I travel for a living, and I stay in ES a good bit. Always a great place to stay.

No valet or bell service. I reserved the room through Priceline & they ended up moving us from a single queen to two doubles which I appreciated since I was traveling with my three teens! Room clean.
