Excellent beach/ocean view! Rooms are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable. The hotel and boardwalk traffic is loud. And there is no air conditioning.

When I broke the toilet they fixed it right away and were totally cool about it. Oh, and it's the best spot to stay in seaside.
