Staff was nice; room service is allusive; all rooms have an outside door; beds were uncomfortable; continental breakfast was okay; executive jacuzzi overlooks the breakfast tables… *sketchy*

This place sucks!!! Looks clean but have found 3 weird bugs (not bed bugs). Instead of giving me a refund they could only offer me a rain check or another room. I went with another room.
