Lovely staff could not be more helpful. Tea for 2 they don't tell you has to be pre-booked, when I complained managers agreed that this was not publicised? Spa pools don't add up to publicity!!

Breakfast wasn’t great, have to say, the building is beautiful and rooms are ok, but for the price I expect ALOT more attention to detail, standards an service. Spa is a bonus

We ate at reflections restaurant and not the fine dining. Can see why no Michelin star but excellent, none the less.

Rooms are very good and bathrooms well spaced out. Great beds. Very good service and mostly happy staff. The spa grounds and facilities look good though will try next time.

A very nice hotel and spa. We didn't eat at the fine restaurant. Their brasserie is a bit disappointing compared to the standard of the hotel. The spa is very nice. Nice swimming pool jacuzzi.
