Beautiful house and friendly owners, who on this occasion let us park on their driveway for 2 nights. Comfortable and great views. There are breakfast cafés in both Coldstream and Cornhill.

I thought the last tip was a bit harsh - it's a lovely house and had everything we needed, including a hugely comfortable bed.

No breakfast, no en suite bathrooms and windows that rattle in the wind. Not a pleasant stay, despite the nice owners and lovely house.
