Glad I kept my cell phone when they took my belongings....It came in handy when I needed to call security and make a police report when they lost my clothes and purse

Come early. Even with the new parking deck parking is hard to find thanks to the employees taking up most of the patient parking.

Check-in is now by machine, VetLink. Total clusterf##k! Even those that are supposed to know how works haven't got a clue. Allow an extra 30 minutes minimum.

Make sure your nurse has your family's cell phones for unexpected and/or updated news. Vending machines only take 1s and coins.

I only have been to this VA hospital and the one in Fayetteville. The Fayetteville VA needs to take notes and get like this one. Great :)

Check out the new parking deck - left after gate. We found it after circling the old one like a gazillion times!

come early...the parking is hard to find, even the free valet parking take a less 15 min. to 20 min.
