They acted like it’s my fault I didn’t come earlier so the doctor had to go for lunch. Not an apology for giving me wrong timing over the phone. Both the receptionists scolded me at the same time.

I called to ask for doctor’s working hours excluding lunch time. I arrived within the time but he was at lunch. Very rude receptionists. You should never scold a sick patient who is also a customer
