Rapid Checkout makes things so easy as you no longer need to interact with a human. Food is delivered right to your table. A roomy cafe for studying and chilling in the area.

Slow service, frequently empty coffees, poorly managed employees. Definitely one of the worst Paneras I've been to. I'd expect way better service from a place that overcharges as much as they do.
