Very slow drive- thru and some VERY rude employees. If I didn't love their food so much, I wouldn't frequent here.

I'm stuck in the drive thru vortex. It never takes less than 10-15 min, so don't go thru if you're rushed

No fire sauce,no napkins,no lids for large drinks,slow on order....can't wait to go back to the one in Columbus Ohio...much better there...
