Low tide is the time to visit, huge sandy beach with some decent wave action. Nice cafe as well.

Make sure the tide is out otherwise you will not be able to see the sandy part of the beach..

The Café wasn't open when we got there at 4:30 but the beach made up for it. One to visit! Preferably not at high tide.

Beautiful beach, bit of a steep hill to get to & stoney too. Not good for wheel/pushchairs.

Excellent waves for body boarding and a nice coffee from the shop. A bit of a scramble over some rocks down onto the beach
