Don't drop your burger because they won't give you another. Check your food because their staff tends to be illiterate.

Great customer service with this location whether the old or new building. We were hoping they would add a playground :( The nearest has always been Salem Rd & customer service there sucks!

Unfortunately the new design feels extremely cramped & crowded. Seems like it accommodates about 1/4 of what it use to. Claustrophobic even. They also removed the playground.
