Exceptional customer service here, the best I've had in a while anywhere. Also, regular hot coffee with cream and sugar is amazing, no one does it better!

I had to tell the lady my order 4 times and she still got it wrong. I wanted an iced caramel cappuccino and I got a plain hot one. She didn't even try to pay attention to what I was saying.
