I agree with the tip...service isn't great here but beats having to go to 152nd when I'm in a hurry. It seems like there's one girl that doesn't know what non-fat means!

Nope. It's open. No hot sandwiches. And the service isn't quite as legendary as most Starbucks. But, it is a good shop.
