I was very disappointed to enter at 8pm and wait almost a whole minute before even being acknowledged. If it were not for the barista finally asking what I'd like - I would have walked out.

Usually really crowded. I've been coming for quite sometime and have gotten various selections. I have yet to dislike my coffee. So I give them thumps up.
