The more words you use to order a drink, the more your drink will cost. Example: "venti dark roast" (the fewest words I ever use) = $2.50. "Venti soy hazelnut Frappuccino with double shot" = $14.35.

Plan your trip accordingly. Long lines can be a major delay; get there early!

"Poor Man’s Latte" = order the espresso over ice in a big cup. go to condiment bar and use carafes of whole milk or half-and-half.

Can get pretty packed just efore or just after classes (top of the hour). On the 30's or the evening can help with traffic
