The food get is generally not as well-made as it should be. Eggs served cold. Pretzel falling apart. Flap Jacks too dry. Not as good as the other Mugg & Bean branches.

4th time here. Food is of poor quality and presentation — looks nothing like in the menu. For some reason this branch is not up to standard. Very disappointing.
