They are helpful for tourists but i dont know why, they direct you to only one or two banks if you speak english although you may easily comminicate with many other banks.

Hier kann man nach über einer Stunde Zugverspätung gerne nochmal ein halbes Stündchen anstehen, bevor man abgefertigt wird - im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Vielen Dank.
