Sunny bakeshop with beautiful pastries. The cretzel (cross between a croissant and a pretzel) is reminiscent of the crunchy part of a croissant, sprinkled with flakes of salt, like a pretzel! 😝

My favorite bakery in Seattle! It feels like the Great British Bake Off come to life. I strongly recommend the Kougin Amman and the carrot cake. Or stop in after 11 for a seasonal salad.

Overpriced and a bit overrated. Good coffee, small pricey pasties that look good but mostly fall flat taste-wise.
