In 2016 it's been redecorated. Looks better than before. Toilets seem to now have a pin code to enter (on receipt if given one).

Coffees / toasties same as at any Costa! Internet wise, O2 Wifi does not work. But 4G does (O2 wifi doesn't work at any Costa I've found). But is not Costa's fault! O2 wifi connects but nothing loads!

Don't order a hot chocolate - tastes like instant hot chocolate (it probably is) and is very overpriced.

The customer service is to be desired and the coffee is not great quality... some strange stratagem of allowing certain people to have waiter service and not others... I guess it's if your face fits!
