Why is it always busy and understaffed here? It shouldn't take 15 minutes to drop a prepaid package if you need a receipt, yet it does every time. And why is there no one point where the line starts?

I have to agree with some of the other tips... This place sucks. The people are unmotivated and offer little help. I'll take the shipping lady's advice and go USPS.

Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Waited 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me, not even to say they'll be with me shortly. Go across the street to Office Depot.
