Nothing good here at all. Gave up after 30 mins of standing there like a lemon. Self service my arm. And the actual people behind the counters were non existent

In a word: ridiculous. It was so much simpler when there was just one queue, counter service for everything, and no stupid numbered tickets!

Saw a sign saying, "Stamps sold by the book". Its good to see they follow the rules here.

What an absolute nightmare. Hellish on a Monday afternoon. Don't even bother at lunchtime!
