Staff is friendly but not super knowledgeable. They told me my Prius had a leak and the pump had to be replaced completely, when it was actually just the valve. 70$ fix versus a several hundreds one.

The work is always fine. But 2 times in a row of visits, they've managed to be unable to find me in the waiting area, where I was actually sitting, costing me today to be here for about 3 hours.

Best tip: don't go here! Worst sales experience ever. I felt like I was being sold a warranty not a car. Salesperson knew nothing about anything besides the Prius. First and last visit to a Walser.
