They won't drop you off or pick you up at a nearby hotel. Going with Enterprise next time.

While this location doesn't have a gold board or keys ready in ignition for gold members; the staff here is very nice and friendly. I'll take that over fast service not friendly any day.

This Hertz desperately needs a Gold board. Waaaaay to slow for Gold members at the counter.
