If your bringing your car in AND expect a loaner car do not come on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. They run out. Make appointment for Thursday or Friday. Otherwise you may be sent to Avis.

Always double check the work after they say they do it... Especially the oil/fluid levels on older models. Full does not mean coming out the top of the dipstick.
