There aren’t as many artifacts as other, larger museums, but this is definitely worth a visit as it’s home of the original Woolworth’s counter. Do a guided tour!

Excellent exhibits. Take the tour ... Dillon was awesome! Very knowledgeable, very friendly. The Walk of Shame is heartbreaking.

Young civil rights activists took a stand against segregation by sitting down at the Woolworth lunch counter, launching a wave of Greensboro sit-ins in the 1960s. Watch this video for more info.
