Going in winter means it's freezing for the outdoor facilities but there's no queues like there are in the summer.

From the front of Phoenix Court you can see the white pyramids. You can spend the whole day here seeing seals, otters, penguins, spider crabs, giant squids, coral, and playing mini golf.

NOT totally DISABLED friendly (got Steps inside) but staff are very helpful and get top marks for helping wheelchair users NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE
