Nice to see how rice noodles are made. They let you have a go at making and you can eat different things they make at the little restaurant. A good stop on the way to the floating markets.

Best place to try rice noodle as breakfast in Can Tho (open till 12am). You should visit the Cai Rang floating market at dawn, then visit this by-river factory then order a bowl of noodle. 5 star
