Shopping bem chique com várias lojas bem caras e restaurantes no térreo sempre lotados. Vale notar que ele tem saída direto pra estação higashi-ginza do metrô.

There’s a medium sized museum focused historical Japanese items, but other than that, there are a couple small eateries and expensive stores. Not really worth a trip over but it has AC so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

What's great: 1)Good variety of F&Bs @d basement. 2)Direct access 2d subway. What's not so great: limited premium retail shops even though mall appears 2b high-end.
