Horrible service throughout the hotel but especially in the executive lounge. Suggestion - stay at the Venetian!

Freakin' lazy housekeepers Okura's got here. Your reason for not making the beds, changing the sheets, clearing used towels and etc is because the room "已经很整齐了"?!! Then I don't pay one day's rent can?
