Friendly staff and very approachable. Our room was very clean. Pet friendly is great! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone! Indoor pool is great. They also have some exercise equipment.

The desk clerk was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Everything worked. The room was was well stocked.The room was a excellent value for the cost.

Staff were helpful, charming and any requests were fulfilled. Got the chance to have breakfast at the restaurant on site and enjoyed it. Room was clean and loved the cleaning.

Was a big baseball tournament weekend, and many parties going on at the hotel, but once the doors were closed were not bothered by the noise at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were not new but comfortable, very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was great to have although we only used the outdoor one.

Absolutely spectacular - clean, friendly, convenient to bus, beautiful pools and hot tub and great restaurant.

Very helpful and friendly staff, though I couldnt check in early. The distance was not too bad from Niagara Falls and they gave me some tips on parking at the Casino.
