Paying for parking was ridiculous. Food ordered from the cafe was wrong and took forever. We received it cold. AGM comped the food.

Ventilation is very noisy on the 6th floor, so prefer 5th or lower. Super friendly staff though!

They took great care of me and my family. The Breakfast was amazing, and when it was pouring, the desk clerk ran up and lent us an umbrella!

The staff here is the most friendly and helpful of any hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms and breakfast are top notch. Highly recommended!
